Yes, though the code base contains references to it, for build tools and in vendored packages, but it isn't used directly, so I understand why one could think it is needed.
It's such a common package though that it's not a problem.

@Lazka any idea why python-requests has been introduced as a dependency in 4.6 extra repository ? Error ?

Hi Cgirard, the 4.6 version is upload in extra. Python-request is a new dependency. Is there a reason that python-request is not a dependency in quodlibet-git ? Thanks

I change the pkgbuild to use xine-lib and all gst packages optional. Everything works fine. With 4.5 xine-lib gave errors. Not anymore.

Hi i built quodlibet-git-r11444.4aff05b37-1-any.pkg.tar.zst and i think like Atomo that the last commit is compiled (4aff05b).

No, as stated two years ago, it misses git makedeps and thus does not build in clean chroot because of this.

This is not out of date. It compiles the latest commit.
